She is Also known as Marasudhana Tara, or the “Tara who Crushes all maras”.
She sits in ardha-paryanka lalita posture.
Sits upon a makara above a golden sun disc (or white moon disc) and a red lotus.
From RE comes a yellow Tara.
Makara symbolizes her ability to subdue evil and demonic forces.
Golden-yellow in color with one face, two eyes, and four arms.
Holds a branch of an ashoka tree and a radiant jewel in right hands.
Holds a blue utpala lotus and a golden flask in left hands.
Adorned with divine silk and jewel ornaments.
Crowned by green Amoghasiddhi Buddha.
